Order Shipment, Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy
Shipment Policy
At CONXOUS Garments, we primarily operate on a pre-order basis, unless otherwise specified. This means:
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and may take up to 2.5 weeks to be delivered after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and priority choice.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email, whatsapp or SMS with tracking details to monitor your order.
- Any exceptions or changes will be communicated at checkout or through the promotional campaign.
Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days from the date on which your order was processed and confirmed without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you encounter any issues, the following terms apply:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 1 week of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt and order details).
- If the return is due to a defect, photographic evidence of the defect must be provided.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process
- Email us at resolutions@cxsgarments.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method not more than 80% of the total ammount paid.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.
